Refund Policy
1.
Our application fee of $300 payable at the point of registration is non-refundable under any circumstances
2.
We will inform students who have enrolled for a course of study within three (3) working days if:
(a) We fail, for any reason to commence the course on the course commencement date
(b) We terminate the course, for any reasons, prior to the course commencement date
(c) Fail, for any reasons to complete the course by the course completion date
(d) Terminate the course for any reasons, prior to the course completion date
(e) The student pass application is rejected by Immigration Checkpoint Authority (ICA) and within seven (7) working days of notifying the students in writing of the above circumstances provide students with alternative confirmed course arrangement to allow the student to make timely and appropriate decision on the alternative arrangement.
“WITHDRAWAL WITH CAUSE”
The student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the course by giving written notice to ALBM of the intention to do so if the ALBM is in breach of any of its obligations under the Agreement or fails to perform its obligation (s) under the circumstances as outlined above.
Under these circumstances, ALBM shall within seven (7) working days, after notifying the student, refund the student the following:
The entire amount of the course fees paid by the student except the $300 Application Fee
“WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CAUSE”
Where the student withdraws from the course for any reasons other than those set out in above, as soon as practicable offer receiving the students ; written notice of withdrawal (in any event no more than seven (7) working days offer receiving such notice) refund the student the following sums (less any applicable bank administrative charges properly paid / payable)

COOLING OFF PERIOD
ALBM shall provide the student with a cooling-off period of (7) working days. Within this (7) days and regardless whether the course commencement date has passed, the student can submit written notice of withdrawal to the College and receive the Maximum Refund Amount Stipulated above (less any course fees consumed by the student if the withdrawal date is later than the course commencement date and the student has started the course, any administrative charges stipulated in our miscellaneous fees and any applicable bank administrative charges paid / payable)
Any dispute in respect of the consumed course fees shall be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. The decision of the mediators shall be final and binding on all parties.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
1.
Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing and will be based on the date written notice is received by the Admin Office. Verbal request will not be considered.
2.
The Notice of Withdrawal must be signed by the parent or legal guardian if the student is below 18 years of age.
3.
The Notice of Withdrawal must be accompanied by a copy of the official receipt issued by ALBM for the course fees
4.
The percentage of fees refundable is based on the total course fees payable by the student for the course of study
DEEMED WITHDRAWAL
A student who transfer from the course to another course with ALBM is deemed to have withdrawn from the course and our Refund Policy under the “withdrawal without cause” shall apply save as otherwise agreed between ALBM and the student.
CHANGE OF COURSE
If a student is deemed to have withdrawn from the course under the “deemed withdrawal” a fresh Contract shall be executed between ALBM and the student for any change of course.

ALBM has the right to cancel a course if the number of students does not meet our minimum requirement of 10 students to commence the course.
